00 Annually Shift available: Full-time At Texas Panhandle Centers (TPC), you'll be part of a caring team dedicated to making lives better for over 10,000 individuals and families each year across the Texas Panhandle. As a non-profit, TPC provides a wide range of services from mental health and substance use support to intellectual and developmental disability care, empowering clients of all ages to achieve dignity and independence. With seven service centers located throughout the region, our staff work together with our clients to achieve our mission to create an accessible system of care that supports individual choice and truly make a difference. Essential duties and responsibilities: Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language Payroll and benefits processing for biweekly payroll Maintain payroll filing systems Maintain confidentiality for all employees of the agency Communicate effectively with supervisor and the leadership teams Prepare daily bank deposit Prepare monthly billings for grant reporting Prepare weekly health benefit fund processing Assist with annual CPA audit or other external audits Other duties as assigned Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised R equired qualifications to be successful in the job: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Accounting or Finance, or have at least 18 credit hours in accounting Minimum one (1) year of experience in payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, or auditing Employees may be required to utilize their personal mobile phones for two-factor authentication (2FA).
