Job Description:

Senior Construction Accountant | Downtown Dallas A growing real estate and infrastructure-focused organization is hiring a Senior Construction Accountant to support complex development and operational accounting activities across a large-scale asset portfolio. This role reports directly to leadership and will own full-cycle accounting responsibilities including month-end close, reconciliations, fixed assets, construction-in-progress (CIP) reporting, project-related accounting, and financial reporting support.

Ideal Background:

• 3-5+ years of accounting experience in construction, real estate, development, infrastructure, or other project-based environments
• Experience with CIP accounting and project cost tracking
• Strong GAAP knowledge and month-end close experience
