Requisition Summary This position performs a variety of accounting activities under minimal supervision to ensure timely and accurate journal entries, reconciliations and reporting. Job Responsibilities Prepare account reconciliations and book month end journal entries as assigned. Prepare monthly analysis of factory overhead and assist in preparation of monthly forecast Ensure accurate inventory valuation based on performance of interim inventories, factor reviews, and play a key role in the coordination of physical inventory. Job Responsibilities Continued Assist with various audits, including financial and operational audits. Ensure proper internal controls exist and perform audits to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Participate in process improvement to standardize best practices. Provide pertinent financial/accounting data to management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree inAccounting required. 3+ years of relevant accounting experience. Preferred Qualifications CPA/CMA and Master's degree preferred. Experience with SAP preferred. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable making oral presentations to peers and management. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel. Strong organizational skills required to manage various projects.
