Staff Accountant

Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-company accounting, including intercompany billings Strong transactional skills in AP/AR, journal entries, and reconciliations Experience with job cost accounting and construction-related financials Proficiency in Spectrum or similar accounting software Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook; basic Word skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines No criminal history Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience in construction, residential utility, paving, or land development industries Familiarity with Trimble Spectrum software Bookkeeping background with strong transactional accounting skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required Relevant industry experience preferred; bachelor's degree not mandatory
