Team members work closely with clients to provide accurate financial reporting and responsive support throughout the year. The environment emphasizes professionalism, integrity, and long-term client relationships that support sound financial decision-making.

Role Description This is a full-time CPA with tax experience role based in El Campo, TX. The CPA will prepare and review individual and business tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Daily responsibilities include compiling and analyzing financial information, preparing financial statements, and providing tax planning and advisory services to clients. The role also involves maintaining organized tax and accounting records, communicating with clients to address questions or resolve issues, and staying current with changes in tax law. Collaboration with firm leadership and staff to improve processes and maintain high service standards is expected.

QualificationsStrong Accounting and Finance skills, including understanding of GAAP and general ledger processes.

Experience with Tax Preparation and tax compliance for individuals and businesses.

Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret Financial Statements for a variety of entities.

Active Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license or eligibility to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe.

Proficiency with accounting and tax software, and strong Excel skills.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax and accounting concepts to clients.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; public accounting experience is preferred.
