Job Description

Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant Job Description We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the multiple companies day-to-day accounting functions. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of QuickBooks and a solid understanding of debits and credits , general ledger accounting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping functions
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Record and post journal entries
  • Process payroll and payroll-related reports
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Maintain the general ledger
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Ensure accuracy of all accounting transactions Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, debits, and credits
  • Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in small business accounting
  • Experience with payroll processing Competitive salary based on experience.
