Responsibilities:
Accounts payable bill entries and issue Purchase Orders Organize and file all paperwork Recording Bank deposits Assist Accounting Manager with year-end reporting (1099s, W-2s, etc) Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager Post to and balance intercompany accounts Bank reconciliations Assist with regulatory reporting Balance Sheet Reconciliations Compliance reporting to the Company's debt servicer Audit support: annual financial audit, operational audits, internal audits, and government audits Review and prepare source documents by compiling and sorting information for computer entry Conduct periodic reconciliations of accounts, bank, and credit card statements to ensure their accuracy. Analyze financial data and prepareprepared financial reports
FP&A:
responsible for the annual budget process, communicating budget vs. actual spend by department/subsidiary, and leading routine forecasting exercises Responsible for timely filing of all local, state, and governmental taxes Maintain an orderly accounting filing system Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping the information confidential Prepares and maintains financial records in an accurate, complete, and timely manner ensuring the integrity, security, and accountability of the financial records in accordance with established Center for Success & Independence, Inc policies, procedures, and state and federal laws. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping. Experience with all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, banking transactions, Journal Entries, Prepaids reconciliations, etc. Medical insurance billing/accounts receivable knowledge a plus.
