JOB SUMMARY

At Children's Learning Adventure, we remain committed in bringing the highest quality early childhood and school-age academic enrichment to our children and their families. The Accounts Manager is a frontline management role responsible for accurately maintaining family accounts. Our ideal candidate must be able to provide the highest level of customer service to our families. It is imperative that this individual is diligent in their attention to detail and is an expert at communication. We are looking for a team player who will take on additional duties if need be during times when support is needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A background or degree in accounting, business management, or related field required Experience in child-care management preferred Knowledge of state licensing preferred Proficient writing and interpersonal skills Computer literate in Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable with collecting tuition and past-due payments Ability to concentrate on many tasks at a single time Ability to meet deadlines Sales experience desired Children's Learning Adventure is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
