QTS' summer internship program will provide you first hand experience into the fast paced world of the data center industry by providing weekly lunch and learns, a comprehensive orientation program, and site based activities, socials and volunteering events. Every intern will be assigned initiatives tied to real QTS objectives helping with anything pertaining to the whole life-cycle of a data center build and/or company operations. The

• Corporate Accounting Intern
• will gain experience in a variety of functions with the corporate accounting environment. While working with subject matter experts on a daily basis, your responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to the following.
• Accounting Intern:
• + Internal Audits + Internal Reporting and External Reporting + Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing + Approval of invoices and requisitions + Approve and create projects, journal entries, and financial analysis.
• BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• + Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and budgeting. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. + Must be a US Citizen
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• + Current full-time enrollment in one of QTS's partner institutions (listed below), Blackstone (http://www.

blackstone.com) LaunchPad partner schools, or schools served by Blackstone LaunchPad's strategic channel partners (e.g. career readiness partners)

+ Arizona State University

+ Auburn University

+ Kansas State University

+ Georgia State University

+ Southern Adventist University

+ Texas A&M University

+ University of Kansas

+ Previous internship or co-op experience in construction, finance, technology, HR, facilities engineering, or related industries.

+ Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

+ Involvement in community activities outside of schoolwork (athletics, clubs, volunteering, part-time employment).
