  • Assist with day to day activities within the Finance Department assigned
  • Assist the Accounting and General Ledger departments with journal entries and research related to the Mortgage Company and other related task
  • Prepare various monthly reconciliations
  • Sort and file reconciliations
  • Run and process department reports
  • Answer phones
  • File necessary paperwork
  • Assist with coordinating events and completing office errands as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
  • Standing, reaching, and/or stooping to file/retrieve contract folders
  • Operation of office machinery
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs FNBT is an equal opportunity employer.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Currently enrolled in a College/University degree program, preferably in the field of Finance or Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
