Key Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Support monthly reconciliations and financial reporting Maintain accurate financial records and documentation using Microsoft 365 tools Process invoices and assist with expense tracking Support payroll and general accounting functions Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting (recent graduate) Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word) Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred What We Offer Competitive salary Growth opportunities within Ariva Group Exposure to international retail operations Professional development environment
