Full Job Description Position Overview:

AVIG is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial operations across multiple development projects. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting project budgeting, and ensuring the company's financial processes run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and general ledgers Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Track project budgets, expenses, and cost allocations across developments Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies Coordinate with external accountants for tax preparation and audits Support payroll processing and expense tracking Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and processes
