Qualifications:

Associate degree or 5 years of experience 5+ years of cost control/financial background Google Suite applications Mastery of Excel (Pivot Tables, etc.) Must be organized and structured Description Will provide real-time cost visibility, budgeting accuracy, and financial discipline during the planning and execution phases of a scheduled plant turnaround. This role bridges the gap between field execution and corporate accounting

Post-Turnaround & Reporting Final Cost Report:

Reconcile all invoices against field-verified data to produce a final expenditure report

Variance Analysis:

Explain why the event went over or under budget (e.g., "Scope creep in Unit 3 led to a 10% overrun")

Benchmarking:
