Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting & Finance Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger entries Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Reconcile bank statements and accounts Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable Support budgeting and forecasting activities Analyze financial data and provide insights to management Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations Assist with audits and documentation as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 1-3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing or operations environment Familiarity with ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
