Financial & Technical Skills Experience with computer and internet applications:

Required Proficiency:

Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and TEAMS. (Advanced proficiency in Excel strongly preferred).

Preferred:

Smartsheet, SharePoint, BOX, Yardi, and/or AFPACES. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, financial reporting, and reconciliation practices. Experience with budget tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting support. Working knowledge of basic accounting principles (Construction accounting strongly preferred). Ability to review and interpret financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
