Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company's financial health through accurate data entry, reconciliations, and reporting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization that values integrity, accuracy, and professional growth. Duties Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger transactions in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Our ideal candidate will have BS in Accounting, plus 2+ years experience, or 5 years practical experience with Accounting certification, or min 10 years accounting discipline experience with all functions of accounting process. Manage and assist AR functions Manage and assist AP functions Receive and post payments Email customers updated invoices for payment Process and record credit card transactions Maintain customer old and new customer entries Communicate with customers via emails and phone calls pertaining to AR inquiries Maintain accurate files in regards to all invoices, receipts, and other customer billing documents
Accountant Qualifications:
College degree in Accounting Excellent written and oral communication skills Fast-learner, results-oriented, curious person who wants to grow and develop with our company Must possess attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines Self-motivated and the ability to multi-task in a team atmosphere Listening, analytical and reasoning skills Must have excellent organizational and follow-up skills
