Wilson Wealth Advisors is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Comptroller to join our growing Finance & Accounting team. This position is ideal for an accounting professional who is looking to expand their experience in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and accounting operations. The Comptroller will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial planning activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities Prepare and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies. Maintain and support internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities across departments. Review and process invoices, journal entries, and expense reports. Support internal and external audit activities and respond to auditor requests. Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records and documentation. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in developing and updating accounting policies and procedures. Perform additional accounting and financial duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Preferred Previous accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or internship experience. Experience with ERP or accounting systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
