This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and respond to potential changes received from subcontractors. Analyze data to provide tactful methods of issue resolution. Communicate with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate responses. Understand and comply with owner requirements for receipt and submission of information. Review, update, and ensure accuracy of MEP manifest billing. Gain exposure to subcontractor cashflows and owner billing processes. Be mindful of company and project risk when addressing issues. Approach internal and external conflict with logic and maintain a calm, professional attitude.Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in construction management or a quantitative-related field. Outstanding communication, time management, and computer skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
