Someone who would rather solve a problem than escalate it, and who wants their fingerprints on how a growing company runs its accounting shop. This is a hands-on senior seat, not a manager seat and not a controller seat. You will run the daily books, not just support someone else who does. Real variety. Subcontractor billing, developer billing, and project accounting all in one seat. Real growth. A growing project pipeline means the person in this seat can grow with the business. Real team. We hire people who care about their work, get after it every day, and enjoy the people they work with. Real stability. Profitable, growing company with real customers and real projects. Coachable environment.
