Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is responsible for managing journal entries, reconciliations, accounts receivable, and assisting with month-end close and audit processes. This role includes an initial 90-day introductory period to assess performance and overall fit. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and record journal entries to maintain accurate financial records
- Support accounts receivable processes, including revenue recording
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including cash and receivables
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
- Support audit preparation and financial reporting needs Qualifications
- Associate's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
