$250 AFTER 90 DAYS $250 AFTER 6 MONTHS Rate starts at $70,000•$85,000 per Year (based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities Include:
Bookkeeping & Accounting Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Monitor general ledger activity and ensure proper account coding. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax laws, and company procedures. Prepare documentation for audits and assist with audit processes as needed. Billing & Accounts Receivable Generate and submit claims and invoices accurately and timely. Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on unpaid invoices. Maintain billing records and resolve billing discrepancies. Coordinate with management regarding collections and payment issues. Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and related financial summaries. Payroll Administration Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees. Maintain payroll records including wages, deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and related reports. Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly. Coordinate payroll-related reporting for management and external agencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required. Minimum of 35 years of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or financial management experience. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms. Knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and reporting requirements. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Valid Driver's License.
