Description My client is a well-established for-profit organization looking for someone coming out of public accounting to join their team as a Senior Accountant in Reston, VA. The ideal candidate for the Senior Accountant role will be responsible for preparing the financial statements, maintaining the general ledger accounts, reconciling bank statements, assisting with month end close, performing journal entries and assisting with other projects. • Post various journal entries. Requirements The ideal Senior Accountant we seek must have the following qualifications for consideration:
• 3-4+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA or pursuing CPA licensure.
• Experienced with Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
