Job Description
- Assist with month-end close process.
- Prepare various budgets and schedules.
- Assist with property tax and other filings.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Maintain internal control SOX compliance.
- Support DCAA audit requests. Requirements The ideal Senior Accountant we seek must have the following qualifications for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 2-3+ years of public accounting or relevant experience.
- Experience with MRI or Yardi, preferred.
- CPA, preferred.
- Communicate effectively to leadership.
