Direct Hire About the company: Our Client is an expert in MEP building systems and provides integrated, full lifecycle solutions that optimize the design, construction, operation, and efficiency of buildings.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensures accurate reporting of financial information and timely invoicing pertaining to a particular project. Maintains project-related ledger accounts.
  • Disseminates month-end project reports to management and relevant business lines.
  • Maintains list of month-end deadlines and ensure that profit and cash flow forecasts are prepared on time and accurately.
  • Reviews project forecasts on a regular basis and ensure any outstanding matters are dealt with on a timely basis.
  • Maintains project register. Prepares month-end posting/ allocations and accruals. Controls the accounts payable and receivable tasks for the project.
  • Identifies and assists with the resolution of basic project-related accounting issues.
  • Ensures policies and procedures for project accounting are adhered to.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 1 year of project accounting experience in the construction industry preferred
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • ​Good organizational, customer service and written/verbal communication skills
  • ​Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with intermediate level ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point,
