Join a High-Impact Finance Team We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a seasoned accounting professional to support critical financial operations and reporting activities. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced corporate environments, enjoy taking ownership of complex accounting processes, and can bring structure and insight to the close and reporting functions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review month-end and year-end close activities Perform account reconciliations, including general ledger, bank, and balance sheet accounts Analyze financial results and investigate variances Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting Support audits and coordinate requests from external auditors Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls Partner with finance and operational leaders to improve accounting processes Assist with special projects, system implementations, and process improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience managing complex reconciliations and close activities Advanced Excel skills CPA, CPA-track, or public accounting experience highly preferred Preferred Experience Corporate accounting within mid-sized or large organizations Private equity-backed, multi-entity, or rapidly growing businesses ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics Exposure to acquisitions, integrations, process improvements, or system implementations What We're Looking For Successful candidates are hands-on, detail-oriented professionals who can dig into the numbers while maintaining a broader business perspective.
