The purpose of the Staff Accountant is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates and perform general accounting duties. Review car deals for financial compliance. Maintain deal count and keep finalized deal count current. Maintain monthly accounting reports Reconcile assigned schedules Review final gross in car deals against DMS. Manage the flow of deals coming into accounting from finance. Work with other departments to resolve compliance issues. Track the progression of the deal flow from customer signing to finalization. Know and understand the Koons Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adhere to its requirements High School or General Education Diploma (GED); and four years related dealership experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook Detail-oriented in a fast paced work environment. Must be at least eighteen years of age Must have a valid driver's license and meet company MVR policy requirements Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)Company Benefits:
