full-time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to join our construction accounting team. In this role, you'll serve as a key financial partner to our Project Management teams, owning the financial health of active construction projects from budget tracking through billing and collections. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, solving problems, and bringing structure to complex, fast-moving projects. Project Financial Managment Lien & Compliance Documentation Reporting & Reconciliation What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Prior experience in project accounting, construction accounting, or a similar role preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and explain budget variances Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple deadlines across a portfolio of active projects Clear, professional communication skills - written and verbal A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to jump into special projects Proficiency with accounting/ERP software and Microsoft Excel
