Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Manage accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, payment tracking, and resolving discrepancies.
• Handle accounts payable functions, such as processing invoices and maintaining vendor records.
• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate account balances.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger by recording transactions and making necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with other team members to support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial procedures.
• Provide support for audits and other financial reviews as needed.
