Onsite/Local Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accountant to join their team in Liberty Lake, WA. This is a hands-on accounting position responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and assisting with day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting activities Prepare and post journal entries Perform account and bank reconciliations Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Support month-end and year-end close processes Prepare financial reports and accounting schedules Research and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed Ensure accounting activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations Work closely with internal teams to resolve accounting-related questions Ideal Candidate Accounting or finance experience in a professional business environment Strong understanding of general ledger accounting Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
