Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller/CPA to lead our accounting and financial operations in a growing healthcare and aesthetics organization. This role is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, internal controls, cash management, payroll oversight, and strategic financial analysis. The Controller will work closely with executive leadership and supervise accounting support staff to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement. Lead month-end and year-end close processes. Oversee and review the work of bookkeeping and accounting staff. Ensure compliance with
GAAP, IRS
regulations, and company policies. Manage account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger activity. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Perform financial, profitability, and variance analyses. Establish and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures. Coordinate tax compliance activities and work with external CPA firms and advisors. Oversee payroll processing in partnership with a third-party provider. Monitor cash flow and support strategic business decisions. Assist with inventory controls, operational improvements, and special projects. Qualifications Active CPA license required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience. Previous Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accountant experience preferred. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Advanced QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel proficiency. Experience managing accounting staff. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Medical Spa, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Healthcare, or Insurance industry experience is a plus. What We're Looking For Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
