Payroll Accountant Role:
Process weekly payroll accurately and on time, including union payroll requirements. Manage multi-state payroll, tax withholdings, garnishments, and compliance reporting. Administer payroll-related benefits and 401(k) deductions and reconciliations. Process Accounts Payable invoices and maintain vendor payment records. Utilize Acumatica to support payroll, AP processing, reporting, and record management. Qualifications for the
Payroll Accountant:
Experience processing union and multi-state payroll in a high-volume environment. Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage laws, and 401(k) administration. Experience with Accounts Payable and invoice processing; Acumatica experience is highly desirable.
