Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper / Office Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will manage the company's financial records, ensure accurate bookkeeping practices, and support overall accounting functions. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our financial data, facilitate smooth operations, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities Maintain company financial records Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Process payroll and payroll reports Prepare monthly financial reports Assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking Maintain employee records related to payroll Work with our CPA at year-end and during tax preparation Perform general bookkeeping and administrative duties as needed Qualifications Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop (preferred) Experience with payroll processing (ADP experience is a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Self-motivated and able to work independently Preferred Experience QuickBooks Desktop ADP Payroll Collision repair or automotive industry experience is helpful but not required Schedule Part-time Flexible schedule (approximately 15-25 hours per week) Monday-Friday No weekends Compensation Competitive hourly wage based on experience Why Join Our Team?
