Senior Cost Accountant Salary:

Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve standard costing, inventory costing, and bill of materials (BOM) processes. Perform variance analysis, margin analysis, and cost tracking to support pricing and profitability decisions. Partner with Sales, Quality, and leadership teams to analyze product margins and identify opportunities for improved financial performance. Update labor and overhead rates while supporting ongoing process improvements within the cost accounting function. Assist with ERP optimization and provide financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions. #LI-CB1 Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 2+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience or public accounting experience supporting manufacturing clients. Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, variance analysis, and manufacturing financial reporting.
