Pay:

$26.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm Work includes: Accurately process invoices, maintain vendor accounts, and support the company's accounting operations Work closely with vendors, purchasing, receiving, and internal departments to ensure invoices are processed and payments are made on time Enter invoices and payment information into the company's accounting system Assist with account reconciliations and research outstanding or disputed invoices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience 1-2 years of accounts payable, accounting, or related office experience Experience working in manufacturing Experience with accounting software Intermediate MS Excel skills including formulas, sorting, filtering, and pivot tables
