Senior Accountant Compensation:
$95,000-$115,000 As a Senior Accountant with our client, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to support the company's growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, providing valuable insights to support decision-making.
General Ledger Maintenance:
Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
Variance Analysis:
Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Audit Support:
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency within the finance function.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA designation preferred. Public accounting experience required. EB-2941701584
