Responsibilities Utilize QuickBooks Online to record, track, and reconcile financial transactions. Prepare and analyze financial reports related to hotel operations. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Collaborate with hotel management and other departments to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with company policies. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly. Support audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a hotel accountant or in a similar hospitality accounting role. Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online is required.
