What You'll Do As a key member of the Accounting & Finance team, you will: Perform monthly financial close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries. Provides requested financial information to key stakeholders. Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and schedules. Supports accounts receivable, accounts payable and hourly payroll functions. Participate in the annual audit process. Provide accounting support to the corporate office. Assist with the billing process. Assists in the preparation and development of annual budgets and forecasts. Enter and maintain fixed asset and leasing records. Partner closely with the Controller on key accounting activities, with exposure to leadership and supporting high-visibility financial initiatives. Support the broader Finance organization, with opportunities to expand responsibilities and grow into more advanced finance roles over time. What You Bring Education Bachelor's degree required (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree). Experience 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing accounting. Key Skills for Success Knowledge of core business and accounting principles, including the revenue cycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work independently. Willingness to support peak business needs outside typical hours. Travel & Work Environment Office-based with occasional visits to manufacturing environments. Up to 5% domestic/international travel, including possible overnight stays; ability to obtain a passport required.
