Target Compensation:
$70,000 - $80,000 Key Responsibilities for the
Staff Accountant:
Play a key role in month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and variance analysis. Manage fixed asset processes, capital additions, and system maintenance. Review and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance within the ERP system. Support external audit activities and assist with special projects and process improvements. Partner with the team to enhance reporting and automate workflows utilizing Palantir AI and other technology tools. Qualifications for the
Staff Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-3 years of public accounting audit experience OR 3-4 years of corporate/industry accounting experience. Strong understanding of general accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial analysis. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are highly preferred. #LI-AE1 EB-6825054889
