 Manage a portfolio of construction projects
 Own financial oversight from project start through final completion
 Process project invoices accurately and on time
 Prepare and submit draw packages
 Reconcile project activity and ensure financial accuracy
 Prepare and process lien waivers for assigned projects
 Upload and classify project charges, including credit card receipts
 Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth project execution Qualifications of the

 3–5+ years of general accounting experience
 Strong understanding of how debits and credits impact the balance sheet and P&L
 Skilled in reconciliations, analysis, and project‑level financial review
