Senior Accountant / Controller - Full-Time | Peshtigo, WI Join a growing organization in a hands-on financial leadership role where you'll own the accounting function and influence business decisions. This position is ideal for an experienced accountant who enjoys both detailed accounting work and higher-level financial analysis. What You'll Do Lead day‑to‑day accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, reconciliations, journal entries). Manage month-end close and produce accurate, meaningful financial statements. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and develop short‑/medium‑term forecasts. Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI development. Oversee job costing, project profitability, and margin analysis. Improve processes, internal controls, and financial reporting quality. Supervise and develop one accounting team member. Partner with leadership, banks, CPA firm, and external professionals. What We're Looking For 5+ years progressive accounting experience (Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Controller). Strong GL, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close experience. Background in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or project-based environments is a plus.
