Senior Accountant Salary:

Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support the month-end close process. Maintain fixed assets, lease accounting, and assist with financial statement preparation and audit support. Help strengthen internal controls while identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and procedures. Support balance sheet and income statement analysis while ensuring accurate general ledger activity. Collaborate with finance leadership on special projects and accounting initiatives as the company continues to grow. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of accounting experience , including general ledger, month-end close, and financial statement preparation. Strong understanding of journal entries, account reconciliations, accrual accounting, financial statements, and internal controls.
