We collaborate with top-tier brands that have extensive national field networks, delivering innovative solutions to meet their branding and apparel needs. Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex financial processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity. Position Summary 14 West specializes in branded merchandise, custom point-of-sale displays, and tradeshow exhibit solutions. As a leading promotional products distributor and POS manufacturer, we help brands elevate their presence in retail, event, and experiential environments through innovative design, strategic sourcing, and turnkey production services. 14 West is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Accounting Manager to oversee the financial health and administrative infrastructure of our organization. This hands-on leadership role includes oversight of all financial functions, accounting operations, banking and cash flow, The ideal candidate will provide timely financial reporting, manage a lean but efficient team in accounting and procurement and serve on the company's leadership team, contributing to strategic business decisions across all divisions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare timely and accurate monthly financial statements and financial reports. Oversee all accounting functions, including G/L reconciliation, month-end closure in QuickBooks and Syncore, and internal controls Assist with managing banking relationships, including Lines of Credit, commercial loans, and treasury functions Analyze cash flow, profitability, cost controls, and expense trends to inform leadership decisions - address/forecast cash flow issues Prepare job costing and job cost analysis reporting - critical function Ensure financial compliance with applicable regulations and coordinate year-end activities with external CPA. Interact with CPA on tax saving strategies. Provide ongoing financial insights and job costing analysis using Excel to support business planning Assist manufacturing operations director with ongoing analysis of status of lengthy projects - a cost analysis and forecast of eventual total cost. Analyze current internal controls Lead budget creation, forecasting, and variance analysis Supervise and support the accounting and purchasing teams responsible for AP/AR, payroll, and monthly commission calculations for sales reps and contractors, and procurement Review and approve vendor invoices and issue payments per established terms Ensure accurate and timely customer billing, collections, and deposit processing Issue year-end tax documents including W-2s, 1099s, and related reports Prepare and file unemployment SIDES reports, and quarterly

filings and deposits Act as the liaison with outsourced IT service providers to ensure system performance, data security, and user support Participate actively in the EOS Leadership Team, providing financial perspective on strategic decisions Deliver cross-functional leadership, aligning financial goals with broader business objectives Identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvements that drive efficiency and growth Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations, including a payback analysis on all capital investments. Skills and Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and make data-driven recommendations Experience in manufacturing industry, required Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership in a small to mid-sized business, preferably in a manufacturing or service-based environment Proficient in WIP Accounting, overhead computation and weekly labor costing Proficient in financial software (QuickBooks required; Syncore preferred) and Excel Experience with ERP systems and a strong understanding of accounting in a multi-division environment Experience with JobBoss is a plus, but not required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years of progressive financial management experience, including team leadership Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus Demonstrated experience in corporate acquisitions is a plus Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health, dental & vision insurance Life insurance, short-term disability, and workers' compensation coverage 401(k) plan with employer contributions Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional development and leadershipPay:
