Senior Accountant About the Role We are a well-established, growth-oriented organization operating in a structured, product-driven environment with a strong emphasis on quality, precision, and operational excellence. This organization supports multi-site operations and maintains a strong commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting financial reporting, maintaining the general ledger, and ensuring accuracy across all accounting functions. This position partners closely with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to drive timely and accurate financial results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy across multiple entities or locations Support cost accounting and inventory-related activities within a product-based environment Assist with financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP Partner with internal teams to analyze variances, improve processes, and support operational decision-making Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of supporting documentation Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows Qualifications 5-7+ years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or product-based environments Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting processes Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support Exposure to inventory or cost accounting strongly preferred Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills CPA or CPA-track preferred A bit about us: - We are a values‑driven organization committed to delivering high‑quality work and building lasting relationships through trust, accountability, and collaboration.
