Accounting Administrator

Vaco has partnered with a growing Scottsdale-based business seeking an Accounting Administrator to join their team immediately. This hands-on role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities. This is a full-time, on-site position offering up to $75,000 annually. Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle bookkeeping including AP, journal entries, and daily transactions Manage invoices, banking activity, and expense/credit card programs Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a timely, professional manner Serve as backup support for payroll when needed Qualifications 3+ years of accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience Experience with month-end close Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks or similar preferred) Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
