Job Description
Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top client in Scottsdale, AZ to hire an Accounting Administrator. This is a fully onsite opportunity offering up to $75,000 annually, making it an excellent fit for an accounting professional who enjoys a hands-on role and is looking to join a collaborative team. Responsibilities Handle full-cycle bookkeeping Enter and process vendor invoices Record daily bank transactions Prepare and post journal entries Manage company credit cards and employee expense reports Assist with bank reconciliations Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Multi-entity accounting experience. Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
