Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer billing Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Support month-end close activities, including journal entries Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies Provide general administrative and office support as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Strong understanding of AP/AR and basic accounting principles Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #LI-AC8 #
