Job Description

We are looking for an Office & Accounting Administrator to support daily operations in El Segundo, California. This contract-to-permanent opportunity blends front office coordination with accounting and administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role. The position works closely with office staff and property operations teams to keep records accurate, visitors assisted, and day-to-day workflows running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors, tenants, and service providers while maintaining a detail-oriented and organized front desk presence.
  • Answer incoming calls, route inquiries appropriately, and provide timely assistance to internal and external contacts.
  • Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier shipments.
  • Handle routine administrative errands, including trips to shipping or postal drop-off locations when needed.
  • Review, organize, and enter vendor invoices, rent payments, and related financial documents with accuracy.
  • Maintain filing systems and records that support accounting activities across multiple properties.
  • Assist with recurring mailings, document preparation, and general clerical tasks for the property management team.
  • Help coordinate office upkeep by monitoring supplies and supporting the overall functionality of the workplace.
