What You'll Do:
As an Accounting Resource, you'll work directly with our clients to provide hands-on accounting expertise and support. Assignments will vary, but may include: Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries Perform general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Assist with preparation of financial statements, schedules, and management reports Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed Support audits, tax reporting, and other accounting and compliance requirements Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and supporting documentation Assist with process improvements to increase accounting accuracy and efficiency Support accounting system updates, implementations, and process improvements Follow and help maintain SOPs, accounting procedures, and internal controls Provide hands-on accounting support during staffing transitions, special projects, and periods of increased workload Adapt quickly to different industries, accounting systems, processes, and organizational structures Communicate effectively with accounting teams and other client stakeholders Represent CV Resources professionally and provide dependable support throughout each engagement

3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong full-cycle accounting and general ledger experience Demonstrated experience with month-end close and financial reporting Strong account reconciliation and analytical skills Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Experience improving accounting processes and internal controls Ability to quickly learn new accounting systems and processes Strong Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with client teams A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Why Join The Reserve?
