Overview:
Seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant (contract) to support day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, handling transactions, and supporting financial operations.Responsibilities:
- Process mail, invoices, and financial documents
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Code credit card transactions and record payments
- Assist with reports, receivables, and account tracking
- Respond to vendor, client, and tenant inquiries
- Support bank/credit card reconciliations and financial prep
