Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Accounting and Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will support essential financial operations while contributing to the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
  • Professional, approachable with all stakeholders
  • Team‑oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Handle mail intake, scanning, distribution, and filing
  • Process, code, and file invoices and documents
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve issues
  • Review and code credit card activity
  • Apply payments, credits, and refunds
  • Prepare bank deposits (mobile and physical)
  • Generate AR, payment, and receivable reports
  • Follow up on past‑due balances and send statements
  • Respond to and document inquiries
  • Manage key/fob requests and charges
  • Download and format payroll reports
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies
  • Assist with bank, credit card, and system reconciliations
  • Support financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and filings
  • Organize annual compliance files
  • Follow financial policies and controls
  • Perform other assigned duties
